Shipping and returns

Shipping info

We only ship within New Zealand and typically use Pass the Parcel (Post Haste Couriers). We try to ship orders within 1–2 working days of receiving them, and if there’s a delay we’ll let you know.

Shipping is $7 per order for urban (non-rural) locations within New Zealand, and $14 for rural locations.

There are a few exceptions:

• Shipping within the Wellington region is $6 per order
• There is free shipping in the 6023 postcode
• Large or heavy books will attract a higher shipping fee

Returns

We guarantee the condition of every book as it is described on this website. If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, or if the order hasn’t arrived, you’re eligible for a refund within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Please contact us at  hello@frondbooks.co.nz and we’ll respond ASAP.

Please note, we don’t accept returns if you’ve simply changed your mind. However, we may be able to buy the book back from you at a negotiated price.
