Terms of sale

We guarantee the condition of every book as it is described on this website. If you’re not satisfied with the condition of the book (i.e. it wasn’t accurately described), or if the order hasn’t arrived, you’re eligible for a refund within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Please contact us at hello@frondbooks.co.nz and we’ll respond ASAP.

As a visitor to the site, you can engage in many activities without providing any personal information. However, when you register to use our site and order products or services as our subscriber in order to provide the services to you, we may collect the following personal information from you:

• Billing information such as the number, expiration date, card type, and billing address of your credit card;
• Profile data, including your username and password, details about your purchases

We use Stripe as our payment provider. In order to process payments, we pass on information to them including:

• Phone
• City/State/Zip
• Unique payment identifier
• Payment provider identifier
